"Life is difficult" is the first sentence of M. Scott Peck's book, "The Road Less Traveled." This might be called a blinding glimpse of the obvious; but when we face something "difficult" in life, we tend to react as if it "shouldn't" have happened. Anyone who lives long enough eventually faces a life crisis, maybe many crises. We can be better prepared to face a crisis if we've done some careful thinking about life in advance. read more
