"But if people knew that life is endless; so we would never die; we were never really born, then this fear would dissolve. If they knew that they had lived countless times again, how reassured they would feel. If they knew that spirits were around to help them while they were in physical state and that after death, in physical state, they would join those spirits, including their deceased loved ones, how comforted they would be.

It is not necessary that everyone has regression therapy or visit psychics or even mediums. Those with disabling or bothersome symptoms may choose to do so. For the rest, keeping an open mind is the most important task. Realize that life is more than meets the eye. Life goes on beyond the five senses. Be receptive to new knowledge and to new experiences." Excerpts from book

Brian Weiss takes the reader on a journey, his journey with one of his patients to delve into past lives via regression therapy, using hypnosis. By reading this well written book, you cannot ascertain whether past lives are real or not, as we cannot understand something except via our own experiences. If you are open, there is a lot to learn about a subject that may be of great use to you in helping you to understand why some things happen in this life.

Put aside your beliefs and read this book with an open mind and I think you may find some answers to some of your questions, or at least it may help you start looking at events in your life in a different light, which is always good.

This book offers a personal diary of someone who went into numerous past lives and how visiting those lives helped heal her from present day maladies and traumas.

Dr. Weiss is a pioneer in the past life regression field and his book is almost like a documentary into how past life regression therapy works. From my own experience at the Weiss Institute, once I was hypnotized I went into the spirit world and ended up being with my son Evan. No one can tell me that experience wasn't real, because only I know how real it was, and is, and how wonderful it was to be with my son in the place where he resides.

On my second visit to a past life therapist, affiliated with the Weiss Institute I was regressed into a life that was the origin of a problem relating to time that had been bugging me my whole life. Upon the cessation
