How do you get to the spiritual world?

by Leroy Kattein

How do you find out the spiritual world exists? How do you get there?

Most people do not realize that you can access the spiritual world in many ways. We are spiritual beings focused in a physical world, when the physical focus diminishes or stops we automatically return to the spiritual. Some of the ways include: sleep, meditation, hypnosis, drugs, accidents that cause unconsciousness, and death.

In sleep, there are three levels: the first is staying in the body and rehashing physical events. At this level you dream about your job and other problems of the physical. In the second, you leave your body and travel to many places and do things that may be unfamiliar to you. When you wake up you may feel tired from all the activity of your travels. In the third level, you go home, deep into the spiritual. You won't remember anything when you wake up, and you may be disoriented for a few seconds, not knowing where you are, or what time or place you are in. After this level of sleep you will feel rested and refreshed.

In meditation, there are so many methods that you need to read the material and decide which, if any, you wish to try. Meditation is the most reliable way, but also the hardest to master.

In self-hypnosis, there are also many ways. Psychics stare into crystal balls, look at Tarot cards and Runes, etc, This is a large metaphysical area and needs to be studied before trying anything.

The other ways listed above, I don't recommend trying at all. NDEs are caused by the death of the physical body and are the most intense of the spritual experiences.

Leroy Kattein had his first NDE experience when he went for heart surgery in 1987. He published his website at ndeweb.com to reach other people who have had NDE's. He wants to share the love and the wonder he has gained through having an NDE. All are welcomed at his website.
